Will iwatch 2 support height climbed with OS4?
Will iwatch 2 support height climbed with OS4? or is it just on the iwatch3?
Hi
No - Apple Watch Series 2 does not include a barometric sensor, so it cannot track flights climbed or elevation gain.
It only displays them if you have your iPhone with you.
Only Apple Watch Series 3 has the barometric altimeter
Whether or not flights climbed and elevation gain are tracked when using Apple Watch Series 2 whilst also taking the paired iPhone along depends on the model of the iPhone.
iPhone 5s also does not have a barometer.
