Apply Music

Apple Music is not worth the time - best to get Spotify instead. After cancelling with Apple Music, you lose all your music (unlike Spotify). If you change your subscription option (as I did, thinking that a family or student option would be a better fit), you will be charged immediately, even though I changed back to the individual option literally 2 seconds after. After I called Apple Support, and asked if it was possible to receive a refund, they said that they can give me my "once per lifetime refund", however, it will cancel my subscription, and there's a possibility it will not allow me to resubscribe. Not impressed, Apple. It was also very hard to receive help, considering the customer service agent didn't seem to have any knowledge on how it worked, or able to provide alternative options; she seemed as though she was reading a script off of a piece of paper, and kept repeating the same sentences to me, "you can try to resubscribe, but it might not let you", "you can try", etc.
