New music playlist gone. Apple Music playlists ...

A new watchOS 4 feature, syncing Apple Music's main curated playlists (New, Chill, Favorites, Heavy Rotation) isn't working as advertised.

Heavy Rotation isn't syncing fully to the watch. The "New Music" has disappeared from every device I have (including Apple TV 4th Gen) and the Chill + Favorites playlists aren't syncing to the Watch at all.

Anyone else having this issue?
