Is it worth upgrading (or can you upgrade) beyond Yosemite 10.10.5 on a 2007 Mac? High Sierra specifying 2009 or later models. And no other OS upgrade option now showing in the App Store.
A mid 2007 iMac can be upgraded to El Capitan:
