Mac Book Pro OS Sierra/High Sierra compatabilit...

Hello,

I am thinking of buying a new MacBook Pro and will probably wait until OS High Sierra is realised.

My question is:

I currently use Sibelius 6.2 (music notation program) on OS X 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard) and it works fine, but I was wondering if it will still work fine on Sierra/High Sierra.

I have read on the Sibelius forum that it works fine with Sierra, but it's compatibility is unknown for High Sierra. I have however, read on this forum that Sibelius 6.2 doesn't work on Sierra and was wondering which forum was correct.

If Sibelius 6.2 doesn't work on High Sierra, would it be possible to partition the hard drive so I could continue to use Sibelius 6.2 on Snow Leopard?

As you are aware this is an Apple-product user-to-user forum. No one here can tell you, whether or not, Sibelius 6.2 will work with High Sierra ... except Sibelius. Those working with the developer or public betas should not be posting here on any of their findings ... good or bad as per their user agreements with Apple.
