Wake up problem mac mini 2012

After upgrading to 10.12.5 (it still exists using 10.12.6) my mac mini will not wake up from sleeping mode.

 

I can see from the small led it powers up but my screen stays black or sometimes my mac has lost its startup disk (blinking question mark/folder icon).

 

I have already reset the PRAM, I restored the system (using Command+R) after rebooting and I used the 10.2.6 combo update but nothing helped.

So I always have to do a hard shutdown and reboot. I hope somebody can give me more tips to solve this problem.
