Finder Issues

Hello, I have an early 2015 MacBook Pro with Retina 13 inch display. Since I updated to version 10.13 I have been having issues with the finder window becoming translucent and not being able to click on anything. This seems to occur randomly so far. Sometimes I can find the "x" and close the finder window and open a new one and other times I have had to restart my laptop. I have attached a link to a video of my screen when it is doing this. I have also attached a picture of my system information. Is anyone else having these issue and does anyone know how to fix them?
