What is this app called?

That’s Keynote, it’s the apple version of powerpoint

Hi JEGWolf1525. It looks kind of grayed out. Maybe it was pushed off the phone to complete the iOS update; it is pretty large. She can restore it by opening the app store, tap on the person icon (or photo), then select Purchased from the popup.

That's Apple's Keynote Presentation app.

Apple's own version of Microsoft Power point.

You want to keep all of Apple's app on your iDevices.

Especially Pages, Numbers and Keynote.

This is a trinity of apps Apple calls/called the iWork apps.

Pages is a page layout app and Numbers is Apple's version of Microsoft Excel

I wouldn't try removing  these.
