After charging mac book heated up and now its n...

I have kept my mac book pro in a bag after charging, when I saw after some time, it was heated up and now not working at all. I tried holding down the shift , control, option and power button but nothing is happening. I tried to charge it again, It shows regular charging like orange light while charging and green light when charging is full. but still its not switching on.
