I am unable to delete albums from my photo app ...

How do I delete photo albums from my IPhone 6s photo app? The trash does not appear nor a red delete button.

I have used one of my friend's computer to sync the pics to my iphone.

Then how to delete the photoes from my Iphone ?

You can't delete them directly in the phone's Photos app, you have to connect the phone to a computer's iTunes and use the Photos tab there to remove them e.g. to remove all synced photos just select and sync an empty folder
