My Apple Watch Sport got laggy with WatchOS 4

After I updated to WatchOS 4 my watch is lagging when I receive a new email or when completed my rings for example.

sometimes it is just black after the notification, I just feel the taptic engine but the screen shows up only after 10 seconds or so.

In some cases when I receive an email, I just have to wait with a blury background for 7-8 secs than the email floats in.

with watchOS 3 I didn’t have such issues.
