disk0s2: I/O error, computer freezes + EtreChec...

My imac freezes for half a minute every 2-5 minutes and I can see in the logs "disk0s2: I/O error." written three consecutive times at about the time this happens.

Will I need to buy a new HDD? or what?

I ran EtreCheck and here is what I got:
