iPad photos to Windows 10 PC

I have a new Windows 10 PC.  I have installed iTunes and iCloud.  I have authorized the new PC in iTunes.  I selected My Photo Stream in iCloud.  iCloud Photo Library is off.

I have an iPad-mini 2 OS 8.1.2 and it has been sending photos to a Vista PC placing them in Photo Stream folder.  However, I cannot get NEW photos to go to the Windows 10 PC.  The shared folders do make it to the Windows 10 PC.

Can someone help me get NEW photos to the new PC.

Thanks!

iCloud Photo Stream is only for recent photos and the photos are only active for 30 days. For more information see My Photo Stream FAQ. Another iCloud options is Set up and use iCloud Photo Library on your Windows PC.

Unrelated to iCloud windows has built in importing. On Windows 10 access your 'File Explorer' look for 'This PC' which contains removable devices. Once you locate the your iPad as a removable device right-click on it look for 'Import Pictures...' and use your windows import functionality (there may be an option like 'More Options'/'Advance' this well let you decide where to import the images).

If your having any issue with anything above contact Apple Support as they can screen share on Windows which allows them to walk you through it.

Thank you for the response.  I had already followed the steps in the link you sent me.  I am aware that only new photos would be streamed.  My problem is getting them to stream to my HP All-in-One 24-b016 computer.  The iPad continues to stream to the Vista laptop, but not my new computer.

Thanks in advance for your help!
