Hi, lost 2K photos when iCloud was disabled. An...

I tried downloading my photos via internal storage (DCIM) and the 2K photos did not show up in the folders.  I did some research online and one suggested that I disable iCloud.  I had the 5G free so not enough to back up all my photos.  After disabling iCloud,  the 2000 photos I was not able to download disappeared.

Any recommended data recovery software?
