Does Family Sharing give access to Apple Music?

Does family sharing give you access to Apple Music? I added my wife to family sharing and it seems she cannot access Apple Music. The app still says at the top to try 3 months for free. How do I get her Apple Music to go through?

You need to have an Apple Music Family Membership to be able to share it over Family Sharing.

Individual Memberships cannot be shared.

Get an Apple Music Family Membership - Apple Support

To use a Family Membership with other people in your family, set up Family Sharing using a supported device. When you set up Family Sharing, you become the family organizer. If you don't want to be the family organizer, ask someone else to set up Family Sharing.

If you've already set up Family Sharing and joined Apple Music with a Family Membership, you can add new people to your Family Membership by inviting them to be a part of your family group.

Ok, I see. So since I have already set up Family Sharing, all I need to do is get an Apple Music Family Membership.

So, in order for anyone else in my family to have access to this Family Membership, Family Sharing needs to be set up, correct?

I cannot find where I can change my individual plan to a Family Membership, either on my Mac or my iPhone.
