Mac Boo Pro 2016 issues

I have a Mac Book Pro 15-inch, 2016 with 2,9 GHz i7, 16 GB memory and Intel 530 graphics. I have several issues with this device, and I would like to know if others have experienced the same - and what Apple has done to fix it...

1) The keyboard from time to time has a problem with keytops being kind of locked/stuck in a very low position, making it almost impossible to operate that keytop. After a day or two, it slips into normal position again.... the next day a new keytop could cause trouble.... I guess thats a hardware fix / onsite repair?

2) Ever since I got the device, Mac Mail and Mac Calendar has caused trouble by crashing several times a day... The error I get is a "hang" error... The applications simply stop responding, and I have to force close the applications and restart.... It's ONLY Mac Mail and Mac Calendar that crashes... All other programs work fine. Any ideas here?

This is one of the very first 15" series Apple released in the new series.... don't know if that's one of the reasons... Anyway - any piece of good advice would be highly appreciated.
