itunes not working properly (cannot order tunes...

itunes on my 10 year old windows (Dell) computer running windows 7 not responding properly.   Doesn't like my login, won't let me order tunes, etc.   Just want to talk to someone, cannot seem to get anyone on phone!!!  67 year old non-techie.

If you're working on a Mac you can get the serial number form the apple menu in the top left corner. If not you should still be able to speak to a rep without a serial number. Have you attempted to make a contact online? They'll call you.
