Lost music after changing Apple Store

Hello.

I just moved from Canada to Norway, and changed Apple Store because of this. Also changed payment information (new card). But now it seems like I've most of the purchases I made while in Canada. Weirdly enough this does not apply to all purchases. Is there any way my lost music can be retreived?
