iPad Pro 10.5 sound stopped working.

I just got this a couple of weeks ago. I have a nice drop shock/spill proof case with gorilla glass.  It has never been dropped nor had anything spilt on it. The device normally stays either in my bedroom or the living room so Ive never had it outside.

Today the sound stopped working. I could use the head phone jacks and hear sound but nothing with them unplugged. Here are some things Ive tried.

1- Checked to see if the mute button was on in the control panel. Its off.

2- Hard reset the device using the with the home and on/off until the screen went black and apple symbol appears.

3- Turned off blue tooth.

4- Finally I reset it back to factory settings.

After I reset it back to factory settings the problem remains. No sound at all unless I use my head set.

Just to cover the bases, the volume slider is NOT turned down?

May have to bring your iPad back to Apple  so they can investigate the issue further.

This ***** because I just got this and now there is an issue. Ive read other stories here and on the net of people having the same problem.
