Is there any way for me to enable my apple ID

My account is disabled and I can't figure out how to enable it

If it was disabled for security reasons, see: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

If that doesn't help, contact Apple Support -- there is a "Get Started" link in the Contact Apple Support section near the bottom of that page.
