My daughters iPad says her Apple ID is disabled every time I try to log her in to purchase apps. I have checked family sharing, she is still set up as my daughter. All restrictions are off so I can set up apps for her. My sons iPad is identical, set up the same way in family sharing and works fine.  Hers won't allow me to purchase apps. What is up?
