Where did my books go in the lastest version of...

I just updated iTunes (v12.7.0.166) for Windows 10 and there is no Books tab. I cant even find my books (bought or not on iTunes) that I have upload to iTunes over the years. How am I suppose to add books to my iPad iBook's which I use as my eBook reader?

Is anyone else having this problem?

It seems that with the latest version of iTunes you can't synchronized "custom" book anymore.
