Keychain import problem

Hello! I recently reinstalled the system. I had 10.9.5 Mavericks and now 10.12.6 Sierra. I imported a keychain file from the old system. And I can not get passwords for wi-fi networks from the old keychain. I enter the username and password from the old account, but then another window opens, which requires entering one more password. And whatever I put there, nothing works. I can not access the old keychain. Please help me.
