My imac has been hacked and screen remoting!

One week ago i have detect that i have been hacked on my macOS sierra version 10.12.6 so i was thinking if i was hacked the way how i detect was my mause jumping & at my country youtube doesn't show ads so i'll start watching videos they just show up at my father imac the ads now showing, so i check activity monitor some process with high CPU are using with ROOT so then i have format my imac twice and they still have acces at my imac then i use system perferences to block all connection at firewall also im using now keychain but they won't help i'll check my Users & Group at my main user i'm using i can't change to nobody can administer this computer: ****. if you know anything to help me please comment there.
