iOS 11.1 complaint

I made a HUGE mistake and updated to 11.1 iOS over the weekend.

Can someone PLEASE tell me why I cannot reverse back to 10.3.3?!!  This is probably the worst update EVER in my entire life of using computer for 20+ years!

My iPad Pro no longer functions efficiently!  The markup feature in Mail is terrible and is buggy!  It took me 2 hours to do something today, that normally only took a few minutes.

Please tell me how to go back to 10.3.3.  I do not want to be Apple's guinea pig!

AND why would you blindly download and install a new and major iOS upgrade without knowing ANYTHING about it?

A little research and due diligence and understanding about how iOS 11 looks and works goes a long way.

Apple has never supported nor has ANY procedures nor provisions for reverting back to a previous iOS version.

Maybe you need all of this to help you properly  learn to use and navigate iOS 11.

Also, iOS 11 is an ALL 64-bit iOS that renders any older 32-bit apps still on your iPad obsolete/useless and non-functional.

If you didn't do a prior backup or find a way to backup/copy important data from these older apps, had ANY important data in ANY of these older apps that may have not been updated for quite some time, then you may have permanently lost this data UNLESS the older app developer decides to issue an update for iOS 11.

The only other possible way to retrieve this unretrievable data is to have another iDevice that still has an older iOS version still on it and has those particular apps on the other iDevice.

Good Luck to You!

BTW,

Try a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons.

Good Luck!
