Macbook pro late 2013 restart problem

Macbook pro Retina late 2013 edition showing starting problem last few months. Earlier occasional, now almost daily. Tried all support options from net and discussion community. Nothing (no key options suggested) seems to be working, except machine restarting on own after sometimes.

Sent to apple service. First they told no problem and asked me not to keep in sleep mode, but shut down some time. Apprehending problem with power key, I was not shutting down mac for months. I tried that, but still the same problem. Again contacting service, I am getting an advise to replace mother board. But I am not convinced.When on, it is just fine.

Desperately looking for advise.
