Credit card removal

How do I remove my credit card from my iPad? I want to avoid unwanted purchases.

More information? The only way to avoid entering credit card account information is to select:  None

OP wanted to remove not add. Wasn't sure if they wanted to remove it from App Store/iTunes, PayPal, Banking app etc. etc.

I have used all the links to remove the card, but my son's account still shows no credit card ie NONE.

BUT I KEEP GETTING UN-AUTHORIZED 9 BY ME)  TRANSACTIONS THROUGHY MY AMEX CARD.

Help I am desperately trying to de-authorize my card and stop the payments.
