12.7.0.166 Minimized player in taskbar gone

After updating to the 12.7.0.166 version of iTunes on PC windows 7 64 bit, iTunes no longer minimizes to the player in the taskbar. The option to enable the iTunes toolbar is also gone.

Both options for minimizing to system tray are disabled and I have repaired the installation and uninstalled/reinstalled iTunes already with no change.

Any help on this?
