Suspicious message from "safe
I have a MacBookPro using OSX 10.12.6. I received a message in Safari from this address informing that my MacBook is infected with three viruses: Tapsnake; CronDNS; and Dubfishicv and recommended download and repair with MacKeeper app. Is the sender address a real address of Apple support and what should I do? Shall I trust this message or is it a phishing attempt? Shall I download MacKeeper and try repair the computer or contact an Apple service company? I received several times the recommendation to download MacKeeper to protect my computer. Safari does no longer responds to "back" command. Thank you.
