Your payment method was declined , Please enter...

My Apple ID was fine until last night, but when I tried to buy some apps today it didn't work, I couldn't even download the apps I had bought before. It says: "Your payment method was declined. Please eneter valid payment method information". I bought a lot of stuff with this Apple ID and it is so importat to me. Could you please help me ? Thanks.



What payment method are you using ? If it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined

 

If it's a credit card then is it still registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? If it is then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes support and see if they know why it's being declined : https://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management



So now debit card can't use already?



It will depend upon the card and your country. If your card isn't being accepted (it meets the above ?) try a different card, preferably a credit card

Whether you can use a debit card will depend upon your country, the card issuer, and whether it meets the above requirements - those requirements apply to all cards. If the MasterCard is a debit card then it's the same

For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you are (and therefore the country which is on your iTunes account). Debit cards may not work, nor will prepaid cards.



I also have this problem,since the last refresh.Did anyone find a solution? I cannot use my appstore,i tried to restore my iphone ,but that one didn't work either.
