Photo <> iCloud does not synchronize sinc...

From my iMac, photo synchronization (Photo <> iCloud) remains inexorably blocked (and this since several days) to 36,603 elements.

Message in my iMac:

"30,012 photos, 212 videos

Message in iCloud : I have

“80.812 photos & 213 videos)

I am surprised because several days ago, everything was working properly.

Additional detail:

1. Photos taken via my IPhone are well synchronized with iCloud but they are no longer going to my iMac.

2. The first load to my iMac (from my Canon camera) works fine with iCloud, BUT :

2.1 - If I modify (crop, colors....) a photo in my iMac, changes are not taking into account in iCloud !!

2.2 - If I delete a photo in my iMac, the deletion seems to be synchronized with iCloud!

Is there a way (command / script to run ?) to identify which photo or video blocks the synchronization?
