i have old ipad i need to update ios to a 8 from 5

If you have the original iPad, it cannot be updated beyond iOS 5.1.1

If your iPad is a first gen iPad then it is only upgradable to iOS 5.1.1

The only way to get a newer iOS would be to buy a new device (and even if you bought an iPad 2 its current iOS is 9.3.5

If your profile is correct, it sounds like you have an iPad Gen 1 which is incapable of being upgraded beyond iOS 5.1.1.

Now i am user ios 11 beta but i don't like it i want to come back to ios 8 ( iphone 5s )

Downgrading iOS is not allowed.
