Serial number entered shows invalid

The program is asking for my "shuffle's" serial number.  I have viewed it several times, and I am fairly certain I entered it correctly.  The program will not accept it.  There are no "O-0" in the number and I have left out any punctuation possible.  I enter DC******DVX for my Ipod shuffle and it will not accept it?  Please reply on my phone ******

You really should not post personal information here on these public forums where it can be harvested by scammer. I have requested that the Hosts edit it for your protection.
