iTunes toolbar for windows 10 missing after upd...

After updating iTunes to version 12.7.0.166, the option to minimize iTunes to the start menu toolbar is no longer available. Was this functionality removed in this update, or is there a glitch that I am experiencing?

Below is a picture showing the toolbar that is no longer available as of this recent update (except I'm running Windows 10, not Vista like in the picture)
