redeem code issue on store from IMac

I have a few codes from a few new Blu Ray movies that I bought that came with those free digital downloads from Apple. I normally have never had any issues in recent months getting those codes put in on the "Store" page in iTunes when I've clicked the Redeem button. And usually from places where the movie code is put in, say from Universal's redeem page or Disney's redeem page, it automatically connects to iTunes and does it all for me. Since last night, when I attempted to put the codes in, I do not get the "Redeem" button after I put the code in manually and any attempt to connect to iTunes's store redeem process from another site just hangs and does nothing. I walked through with Apple Support in the wee hours of the morning and did a screen share and he did everything he could from where he was at (Singapore) and saw there was a problem. His feeling was that it was an issue on the site itself with Apple. I was able to connect to the Store on iTunes from my Iphone and had no problem there, only from my iMac. He walked me through everything from logging out, to trying from another user, to moving the "p" files in the library out. I even did a "p-ram" flush to no avail either. But I haven't seen anyone else say they have this issue? Can someone from the US go on their IMac to the iTunes store and see if they can put a code in or even a few letters and see if the "Redeem" button appears? And even in my testing, I can't even click the "Use Camera" button, it's almost as if the page isn't responding at all? I hope someone can help. Thanks!
