checking for update

Anyone having trouble with this today on the watch app? I like to check periodically for updates for Watch os but at the moment it checks for ages before saying it failed because ‘you are not connected to internet’. That’s a big lie, my phone is and is able to surf just fine as well as check for iOS updates. Maybe apples servers are playing up? I know there isn’t an update at the moment but it’s bothering me that this functionality isn’t working

Typical, just after posting. It works again, must of been a brief wobble on apples servers
