Charging plugs

I have 4 halves of charging plugs and wondered where I can buy the other halves?

What do you mean by the other half?

It appears you have the pin adapters for the Apple power brick.

There are no "other" halves. What you have are referred to as "duck heads." They replace the stock one that comes on a charger. The one on the charger is removed and these replace. So, technically, the other half is an Apple charger

Can you buy the power brick separately?

Yes, at any Apple Store. However, they come in different power ratings depending on what they are for. There is a 12 Watt one for iPads and for Macs they come in different wattages depending on the actual model. The largest is rated for 85 watts.
