how to transfer only photos marked as favorites...

I have more than 10000 photos in my iCloud library, synced from multiple iOS devices. About 2000 are tagged as favorites, either on the original device where I took the picture or directly on iCloud.

Now I want to process only the favorites further on a Windows 10 PC. I put a lot of effort in tagging those favorites and I would hate to have wasted all that effort sorting photos.

 

I know how to get all 10000 photos on to the windows desktop using the iCloud software but can not figure out which ones are favorites. Do you have any suggestions how I could access this information or if there is a way to just transfer those marked as favorites?
