How to change country/region of apple id withou...

I just move to Pakistan from Saudi Arabia and my apple id region is Saudi Arabia. I want to change it in to Pakistan and I tried to change it but they are asking for Debit/Credit card information. I don't have Debit/Credit card and I have to change the region. Please let me know how could I change my apple id region without having Debit/Credit card.

You are likely to be asked to provide payment details for your new country, it's a way of checking that you have a valid billing address in the country and are therefore able to use its store.
