How to transfer live photo through airdrop?

When I transfer those photos, it will automatically go to download folder and make it to JPEG format.

However, when I look at the FAQ of Apple support, they say :

"If you transfer a Live Photo to recipients with OS X v10.11.4 or later, they can play the Live Photo. To do so, they must click Open in Photos in the AirDrop window; if they click Accept, only the still image will be sent."

There's no option such as "open in photos", it just put it to downloads folder automatically. Even I used Photos to open those JPEG photos, they're not live photo anymore.

So what should I do? Thanks
