Problem with warranty

I had a mac book air computer that I bought on September 11, 2015 in
Estonia. In the begining of  September 2017 my computer began to
work poorly. It did not turn on several times by the button, but then it always
started working so at first I thought it was normal. But on September 14, 2017
the computer turned off and does not turn on any more. Today I applied to the
official reseller in Estonia (IM Arvutid AS).
The representatives of the company took the computer for inspection, but warned that the guarantee ended
on September 11, 2017. I request an official conclusion from You, as a manufacturer, whether this case can be resolved in a guarantee procedure, since the breakdown did happen in the warranty period.
