why do i keep getting apple id is disabled i up...

My ipad2 has a message of my Apple id is disabled Not sure why all my info is updated and I just recently changed my password 

Is changing the password all that you did ? Whenever you change your password you should also : What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support
