hey '

i have Astor balance of $0.08 and i want to change an app store to Israel region

but i can't change it !

i get this message "you have store credit balance you must spend your balance before you can change store"

i don't want to add a balance!!!

what to do ?

After updating to iOS 11 last week, i found that the App Store doesn't properly or correctly show the App updated date. For example if i have taken the WhatsApp update on 25th at 3PM IST in India the app shows under recently updated list  but continues to show as Today below the description instead of Yesterday even on 26th at same time IST. The description changes based on PT instead of IST meaning it starts to show as yesterday once PT is 3.30AM 26th Sept which is actually strange since the App Store update description should change based on current location and region rather than based on US region. Any one can help. I hope i have been able to explain you it clearly.
