Podcasts inaccessible after upgrade

I upgrade to 12.7.0.166 today on my PC.  My podcasts are gone.  When I go to my Library, it gives me the choices "syn podcast ..." and "automatically download ..." but it doesn't do anything when I select them.  There is no button on the bottom to accept.

If I find the file of the podcast in the folder on my pc, I can play but right clicking and selecting ITunes.  But that is it.

The upgrade worked fine when I upgraded on my Mac.
