Itunes 12.7 update messup

Good morning Halfwits at Apple!!

Let me put you in the picture first of All.. I am a Disabled - Half Blind person who has used your products since the original Mackintosh!!

Over the years you have innovated, pushed boundaries and generally peed people off with good intentions, and pushing forward...

This time you Just plain Messed up!!!!

I updated to the latest 12.7 version of iTunes, at the same time Windows decided to do an update... when the computer came back, all of my apps - books - ringtones - well basically everything aside from Music and Files had buggered off. So I thought it was a mess up with windows, and REPAIRED the iTunes install.. nope still the same

So I went to download the new version, only to be told that I have a newer version on board So I have to uninstall All of iTunes, and its bits to get it back from the Apple Update...

Still the same.. so I uninstall it all over again and clean the registry and the computer, then install again...

I come on here and find out that APPLE have decided to just Sell folks the stuff, and not bother with the gigabytes of information on the computers...

So I use my phone for maps, a phone, handy little apps, that I find on the iTunes store... (which now does not exist!)

I use my iPad to read books... Lots of books, more than can be navigated or put onto the iPad... But now I cannot do this because there is no library.. (ok to be fair I have only bought 100 or so books out of the thousands I have from the apple store... the rest bought from other places)

So My iPad backs up my iPhone and vice versa, its all backed up onto the computer (the windows PC NOT the mac , because in a past life everything synced to the mac, and wiped the devices to reinstall, same for windows... you might have fixed this but I got fed up waiting for 128GB at a time to reinstall)

So now I have a waste of time iPad, that I cannot sort out the books on, as its only used for this..its now redundant!

I cannot read on my iPhone unless I re-read all the books on it forever, and now I have to spend ages scouring through the iTunes store on the iPhone / iPad to get things I use and know where they are on my computer...

So well done the Halfwits who came up with this one... 10 years of get books get apps get everything on your iPad,  now its only MUSIC and FILMS.. MY apple TV is connected to a 60" HDR TV, if I want a film I watch it there.. not whilst driving or walking about, IM OLD therefor NOT anti Social, if I'm out I'm going somewhere, or visiting somewhere, I'm NOT going to sit there with my headphones in being ignorant! Which I really cannot do in any case as they have a cable that does not fit in to the new products!)

Put it back or be prepared to lose customers
