ever since I updated to ios 11.02 I cant update...

It's been like this for 5 hours

What have you tried to see if you can get the updates to download ? Have you tried tapping them and seeing if that can get them to download ? Tried logging out and back into the account on the device ? Closed the App Store app via the device's task bar and then retried ? Done a soft-reset/reboot of the device ?
