USB hub not working

when i connect a Pen drive in my USB Hub show this message on Right corner of desktop. "USB accessories disabled unplug the accessory using too much power to re- enable USB devices." then i reset my computer, unplugged power cord also. now usb hub is not detected by iMac. when i change the usb port then this message repeat. other devices which connect to iMac like sound card, backup drive etc. are working properly.
