Restrictions problems in iTunes for Mac

For some unknown reason, iTunes on my MacBook Pro stopped allowing me to replay certain TV Shows. I did not change my Restrictions, and it had been working fine up to the day before. When I try, it says "This TV show is rated TV-14, which is restricted on this computer. This setting can be managed in Restrictions." In Restrictions settings, it is set to restrict TV Shows to TV-14. Even when I turn off (uncheck and re-save) the restrictions on TV Shows or turn off all iTunes restrictions entirely, it still will not allow the playback and gives the same error. This happened to me once before and I had support help me but I can't recall how and would like to be able to resolve it myself. Any ideas?

Be sure to have tried what described here: Use Restrictions in iTunes on your Mac or PC - Apple Support and here iTunes for Mac: Restrict access to explicit content in the iTunes Store
