Cannot find Logic X 10.3.2 to download

Hi,

 

Does anyone know if the 10.3.2 update is only compatible with Seirra? I ask because I am on El Capitan and whenever I go to the App Store for the update it isn't there? I am currently on 10.3.1 and all my other updates are up to date. Can anyone please advise?
