WHEN IT GOES WRONG

I made a complaint to support and seemed to be ignored then a month or so later I got an emil from

 

Apple Online Store Europe

Apple Distribution International

 

asking if she could discuss my issue.

 

I gave contact details got one missed phone call and then nothing so I chased up the email, got an email apology for not coming back to me and then nothing again.

 

I Got an out of office response and an alternative email address so I tried that and no response twice.

 

*** is Apple trying to do, ENSURE I don't buy from them again?

You aren't talking to Apple here. These are user-to-user help forums hosted by Apple. Apple does not participate in these forums.

I understand your frustration, but I must request that you remove my full name from your above post. I am that agent you dealt with, and at that time I was signed off due to two chronic illnesses. My workload was to be covered by a team member and clearly wasn't. I understand that your issue was not dealt with efficiently, however you have targeted me, instead of the company... and my name is not very common. After a prolonged absence due to said illnesses,I tried to return to work and then left the company shortly afterwards. This post among other things caused me a lot of distress, and my Manager at the time had said he would have this post removed due to this not actually being my fault. But, said Manager let me down. As I said, I understand you were unhappy, but I am also unhappy that any time my name is googled, you don't have to scroll very far down the page to see your post. I shouldn't have to put this comment here, I shouldn't have to publicise my private business.... but here we are.
